Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

Once order is received the order shall be shipped within 48 hrs. excluding National or State Holidays subject to unforeseen circumstances in which case the order shall be shipped at earliest possible time.

Cancellation

Once order has been placed, customer can apply for cancellation of order within 24 hrs. or order has been shipped whichever is later for full refunds subject to Gateway Charges.

Return

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If a return request has been shared within 7 days, customer shall be refunded full amount less Shipping Cost and Gateway Charges.
To be eligible for a return, purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as was received in by the customer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Auxiliary components of Sets and Combination Goods, which include but not limited to plastic boxes, packaging parts, will not be covered under return scheme.
Part quantity of an order are eligible for refund, but part packs are not eligible for return. e.g., 50 units from Pack of 100 Units is not covered for refund.
To complete return processing, a receipt or proof of purchase shall be required.
Please do not send purchased items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once return item is received and inspected, an email shall be forwarded to the customer acknowledging the same. Further, another mail shall be forwarded to the customer to notify about approval or rejection of the claim.
In case of approval, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 2 days, it may take more time to actually reflect in respective account.

Late or missing refunds

If there is a delay in credit of refund, kindly check with bank first. Some bank may have additional checks in between which can cause further delay. Do not forget to ask normal time it takes to complete the transaction.

Exchanges

Copper Tracks only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange for the same item is required, contact at info@coppertracks.com.

Shipping returns

To return a product, please contact at info@coppertracks.com before sipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the location of the customer, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary.
